We arrive there at afternoon, so we decided to go to the night market! SHILIN!
their 卤肉饭(lu rou fan)! damn nice! Oh! I miss the food!
肉羹面 (rou geng mian)
some noodles with special squid balls/meat balls (depends what balls u order?) inside a sticky soup!
It taste very good when you are in cool weather!
Saw smthg 18SX also! hehe
But didnt manage to get it coz toooo full!! The whole night market you just eat shop eat shop eat shop!
non stop!
Must try this! I dunnoe how they get to find those squid which is extremely huge!
The meat is like very thick!
Extremely recommend for squid lovers!!
Shilin night market is a very big area!
You can't really finish it in a night!
There are so many stuff around there that you can explore!
We went there twice in total during our 4days 3nights!
Love Shilin the most!
Second day hunting for breakfast!
Taiwan style breakfast which is 豆浆油条 (dou jiang you tiao) we decide to give it a try!
Just nearby our guest house there is this shop, say that they selling the King of Century Soya Bean Soup! lol!
We went in and try their salted soya bean and sweet one and the youtiao of course!
You tiao was nice but the soy bean taste really weird!!
Maybe is smthg different from us, it taste smelly and..
I really don know how to describe..
Forgot about the gross Soya bean..We went to Taipei Train station see what can we do there!
Just come out from the station and saw this cheap sushi stall!
It only cost NTD10 for one!
And everything is fresh!
Highly recommend this sushi stall tooo!!
After a had some sushi, we saw this cafe just beside the exit!
It looks so nice and cozy.
And something attracted me! It provides wi-fi!!

So we went in! haha
I like the interior and we ordered some chef recommended dish!
spagetti with fried onions and dutch pancakes with cereal.
It's simple and nice dish just enough for two :)
Maybe is too many pictures on this trip I fell lazy to upload it coz i found it very hard to arrange the pictures in blogspot!

Okayyy after this brunch, we went to the Museum Of Contemporary Art. (MOCA)
So many interesting exhibitions there maybe you guys wanna pop by if you all have time.
After that we were linger around zhong xiao area..nothing much to buy coz I think those clothing a bit expensive compared to Shilin and maybe we could find other nice one in other night market too!
So we decided to go to another night market which is RaoHe night market!
We skipped our dinner and replaced with street snacks!
Pork sausage, Fried milk, Tamago, and so many more!!
Taiwan definitely a food place!!
I think I had gained so much during this trip!
OH YA! The corn very nice! must eat!!
Peeps who can't eat spicy please don be greedy, we ordered medium spicy buy it actually quite spicy!
End up we chewed the corn quickly and drank 2 cups of bubble milk tea! haha
3rd day we decided to go Taipei 101!
A place that tourist must go! but end up......
It was so foggy and we paid for NTD500 for fog...lol!
But at least I get a chance to take the world fastest lift..
LOL
Playing around with christmas deco coz bored in up there and I was suffering with gastric at that time.
Having a bad mood but luckily the one beside me.
To cheer me up.. we went inside Taipei 101 mall to get some "atas" High Tea.
Surrounded by branded shops...In the middle of the mall there is two cafes.
Randomly choose one and ordered a vanilla moose, hot choc and milk tea.
All nicely made and taste very good!
Worth it!
Then you can see those rich Taiwanese taitai bring their kids and chit chatting with frens thr lol!
When will it be my turn???

Next stop to XiMenDing, the red house.
Saw so many cute stores selling local taiwan artist's products there!
If you wanna look for special souvenirs, this is the right place!
Day and night of Xi Men Ding!

And it's christmas night.
We went for candle light dinner lol!
Found nice cafe at ShiFan night market then we just wanna have a try.
Taiwan have so many cafes, don worry you can just go in have a try, all very cheap and nice!
you won't regret!

Last day of breakfast! Is nearby our guesthouse again but this is so nice!
Simple toast you can order and choose either you wan tuna, pork chop, bacon, sausage and etc.
Add an egg, add only NTD5. Total breakfast for two with two toast? NTD 70 which is only SGD3?
Yarr..don be shock! is only 3 dollars!!
Another pork chop of the day! with the minced pork rice again! yums!
Some noodles here too!
Last day shopping at Wu Fen Pu but sad that they haven't open the shops.
we are out of time so we went Xi Men Ding again.
Eat another chop again! Chicken chop! and bubble milk tea~~ XP
Last buy buy those expensive stuff like NEw Balance?! lol!
But compared to Sg is still cheap! Good buys though! XD
